Return & Refund Policy

  • Please note, once a seal has been broken the product is no longer legible for a refund unless it is defective (this applies to devices only) - in this case, Magic Clouds Vapoury Pty LTD will assess the claim and if the claim is approved then only will a refund be issued.
  • In the case of a return, the item/s should be sent to our store (4 Purity Ln, Shop No. 3, Malvern, Queensburgh, 4093).
  • Goods returned must include proof of purchase and maintain its original state. In the failure to do so, the purchaser will have to make arrangements at their own cost to get back their item/s and a refund/replacement will be denied.
  • A refund will be issued if the item/s are returned within 7 days of the purchase (this is inclusive of USB ports) and if the good/s are in a undamaged and/or unopened state.
  • It is on the onus of the purchaser to notify Magic Clouds Vapoury Pty LTD within 24 hours of the delivery of the parcel if the goods received were damaged (with seal still intact), in order to rectify it.
  • Please be advised that no warranty is applicable to pre-made coils purchased.
  • It is advised that upon receiving your parcel you check that you have received the correct item/s because incorrect opened goods will be seen as accepted.
  • The purchaser is liable for shipping costs incurred due to a return and/or replacement of products, unless there is an inaccuracy made by Magic Clouds Vapoury Pty LTD. In addition, in the case of a manufacturing fault of the product, the product will be replaced after its assessment from Magic Clouds Vapoury Pty LTD and/or the manufacturer within its warranty period of 3 months from date of purchase (this is only applicable to electronic devices). As a result, if the product is deemed as faulty due to a manufacturing error, then it will either be replaced or repaired which can take up to 20 working days.
  • Magic Clouds Vapoury Pty LTD guarantees to stand by all manufactures warranty and will not consider any cases that involve out of warranty products.
  • Please not that all sale items purchased are not legible for a refund.
  • In the case of an order cancelled, please be advised that the original processing fee of the payment will be charged.
